How registration works
Four steps, and you never have to enter the same information twice. Save as you go — close the page after practice and everything is waiting when you come back.
- 1
Create your representative account
Enter your email. We send you a password and the link to your portal. Add your contact details and a photo of your ID.
- 2
Register your team
Team name, club or school, and the division you are entering. One team per division — a club can still enter several divisions.
- 3
Pay to reserve the slot
Transfer the ₱20,000 non-refundable down payment by bank transfer no later than Nov 4, 2026, and upload the receipt to send your registration. A team cannot be submitted without it. DBF verifies it, usually within a working day. The ₱20,000 balance is due Nov 18, 2026.
- 4
Build your roster
Add up to 12 players with their documents and submit by Nov 18, 2026. We confirm when your team is tournament ready.
What you need to have ready
Player documents, photos and details make up your team gallery. All of it is due with your lineup by Nov 18, 2026.

The age rule
Divisions go by year of birth — each one is open to players born in its year or later. Younger players can play up into an older division. Older players cannot play down.
The portal checks every birth date as you add a player, so an over-age entry cannot reach your roster.
Juanmigborn 11 August 2014
Plays 12U, and may play up in 13U, 14U, 16U or 18U.
Johnnyborn 12 November 2013

If you are unsure which division a player belongs in, use the checker on this page before you add them to your roster.
